Rates and Charges
CITY RENTAL DISCOUNTS RESTRUCTURED
Tenants who rent City hangars, shade hangars, and tiedowns have received a prepayment discount for quarterly and annual payments. In an effort to coordinate our accounting system with the City and validate the discounts, changes were implemented at the Airport Commission Meeting held on July 13, 2009.
Effective October 1, 2009 the quarterly payment option is no longer available. The annual payment option will now have a 3% discount if payment is received before October 10th each year. The monthly rental rates and the land lease fees will not change for the 2010 fiscal year (Oct 1-Sept 30). Tenants on the quarterly option have until September 1st to contact the Administration office with their choice of monthly or annual for rent due October 1st and beyond.
